FAQs

Absolutely! There aren't too many fabrics that can't be used in these quilts. Bathrobes, probably not.

The piecing and quilting process takes up to 8 weeks, depending on the time of year. Graduation and Christmastime are extremely busy, and the process may take a bit longer. I will stand on my head or pull an all-nighter if needed to make sure you get your quilt by your Grad party or Christmas. Note: I’ve NEVER missed a deadline.

MASSIVELY IMPORTANT! When I have created your quilt layout, I will take a picture and text it to you. I can also send it to you by email if you would like. If there is anything you would like to change, this is the time to do it! I LOVE sewing, but adding 2 hours to the process of ripping seams from knit fabric is not my fav.

IMPORTANT BEYOND BELIEF! I will need a speedy response and approval of the layout before starting to sew it together. If I do not hear back from you within approximately 15 minutes, I will give you a call. In order to get your quilt to you as soon as possible, I’ll need to hear back from you quickly.

Absolutely! The binding is the fabric that is sewn around the edges of the quilt, and you can have any color you want! Since you can now see the layout of the quilt and its colors all together, you can make a decision on what color you would like for the binding. This is included in the price.

Sure! I use a very nice quality interlocking knit fabric that is extremely soft for the backing, so it has a similar feel as the t-shirts on the front. I have three colors of backing in stock to choose from: Black, Navy Blue, and Heather Gray, and they are all included in the price. If you would like a different backing than what I provide, you will need to provide it when you ship or drop off your order.

I require a deposit of $50 per quilt at the time of shirt delivery. In-town customers can pay with cash, with checks made to Wrapped Up In Memories or to me, or can use Venmo, Apple Pay, or G Pay.

Out-of-town customers can pay the deposit through PayPal (I will add 3% since that is what PayPal charges me) and the same for the balance when the quilt is complete. I will send a PayPal invoice to your email address so that you can pay either with a debit or credit card. I prefer Venmo, Apple Pay, or G Pay because there are no additional fees.
